Documentation & Copywriting The ability to use the English language well is a useful skill, but one which many technical people are percieved as being without! Software manuals occupy a particular place in most people's hearts: that of the most hated form of documentation in existence. Frequently manuals are poorly written, overuse jargon and rarely make things easier. Indeed, sometimes they just confuse people. We can write clear, understandable, readable English. We are pleased to document software we have developed internally, as well as software others have developed. We are also frequently required to do small amounts of on the spot copywriting where an immediate need arises, or to proof read a contributor's copy before publishing online.
