All calls to and from Xela Limited will be recorded. Or use our convenient webform. We used to use a pair of 0845 "lo-call" telephone numbers. Please note that as of August 2005 these are being phased out. Our voice connectivity is delivered via VoIP (voice over IP) and although we have redundant Internet connectivity at the office, this means in a total network failure we may be unreachable by this system. In which case, simply call our fax number and it will be routed through to an ordinary telephone in the office.
